Job Responsibilities
• Dispatching residential service technicians to assigned calls
• Ability to analyze and prepare quotes to customers for service work
• Ability to handle fluid movement of schedules throughout the day • Communication throughout day with customers, technicians, and managers
• Outbound calls to confirm service appointments
• Assigning calls by priority to correct technicians
• Updating company shared documents for performance measures
• Recording customer information digitally to internal records
• Auditing of technician time sheets
• Issuing of purchase orders
• Initiate care calls to customers (courtesy follow-up calls) to ensure service was great
• Track and manage routes of technicians to ensure efficiency and productivity • Additional responsibilities as job requires
Job Requirements:
3-5 Years Dispatch experience, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing field or similar.
• Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Excellent Phone Skills • Ability to work under pressure or tight time constraints
• POSITIVE “can do” attitude & Strong Work Ethic
• Strong Multi-tasker
• Willingness to Learn
• Proficient Computer knowledge
• Type 30 WPM
