Qualifications
•We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, high energy, and has a strong positive attitude
•Great communication skills and ability to take direction is a MUST
•3-5 Years Customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical field or similar
•Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
•Excellent phone skills
•Ability to work under pressure or tight time restraints
•POSITIVE can do attitude & strong work ethic
•Strong multi-tasker
•Willingness to learn
•Proficient computer knowledge
Responsibilities
•Answering inbound service request phone calls
•Outbound calling and scheduling appointments for existing customers
•Returning customer calls
•Customer service inquiries
•Cultivate and grow our preventative maintenance program membership
•Handling online request
•Scheduling service request for customers and internal team
•Additional responsibilities as job requires
