Technician did not discuss pricing or methodology with me before completing work on a leaking gas line. While the work was completed in a timely manner and appeared to fix the problem, I would have liked the opportunity to discuss the approach and ...pricing beforehand. Pricing (~$330) did not seem commensurate with the work performed. As far as I'm aware, no pipes or components were disassembled or tightened. The technician simply squeezed out some leak lock ($5 tube at Ace) onto the joints and was at my house for approximately 30 minutes.Read More...

We needed our tankless water heater flushed. The company that installed it wanted nearly double what Maynard quoted us at. Came out same day-no hidden fees, no on the spot price increase for repairs we didn’t need. Having them come back next week for ...some tune ups as we prepare to sell our home.
